Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Fixerr. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Fixerr is

Fixerr is a directory. Clients and freelancers agree work, prices and payments directly with each other. Fixerr is not a party to those agreements and doesn't handle payments.

Your account

• You need a verified Indian mobile number and email to sign up.
• Give accurate information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for what happens in it.

Content and conduct

• Only post work you own or have the right to show.
• No spam, scams, harassment, fake reviews or misleading profiles. We may hide content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

Reviews

Only clients with a confirmed hire can review a freelancer. Reviews must be honest and about the work.

Fees

Fixerr is free until 6 October 2027. We'll tell you well in advance before any paid plan starts.
