I didn't get my WhatsApp code

Check the number has WhatsApp and that you entered it correctly, then tap “Send a new code”. You can also log in with an email code.

How do I share my phone number with a freelancer?

Open the chat and tap “Share my contact”. Nothing is shared until you do.

A freelancer declined my hire, but I did hire them

Open the chat and choose “Ask Fixerr to check”. Add evidence such as an invoice or payment screenshot; our team will decide.

How do I hide or delete my profile?

Freelancers can hide their profile from the dashboard. Anyone can delete their account from Settings → Privacy and your data; it's deleted after 30 days, and logging in during that time cancels it.

How do I report someone?

Use “Report” on the profile, review or message. Our moderators review every report.
