This policy explains what personal data Fixerr collects and how we use it, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number and email, which we verify.
  • Profile details you add, photos and files you upload, and messages you send.
  • For freelancers, an exact base location. We never show it; profiles show only locality and city, and distances are rounded.
  • Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and to stop abuse.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't store Aadhaar numbers or copies of ID documents.
  • We don't show your phone or email to anyone unless you choose to share them.

Your rights

You can download your data and delete your account from Settings. Deleted accounts are removed after a 30-day grace period. To raise a complaint, contact our grievance officer.
